Artist's Words

“I previously performed Corona Attack, composed by Cy Leo, on a Suzuki Sirius harmonica. However, as the instrument’s air-tightness was not ideal, I turned to DMing to upgrade it with an aluminium comb and Laelaps One cover plates.

Upon receiving the modified instrument, I immediately noticed a marked improvement in air-tightness, resulting in greater efficiency and reduced air consumption. The high register also became noticeably brighter and more resonant — a refinement that contributed to my winning the prestigious Mayor of Seoul Grand Prize for the highest overall score at the 2025 Seoul International Harmonica Festival.”
