Born in 1959, currently residing in Fukuoka, Jap<\/strong>an<\/span><\/p>

She began learning piano in early childhood.
During her student years, she enjoyed vocal music, including chorus and gospel singing.<\/p>

Around 2014, she started playing the chromatic harmonica. In 2016, she began studying under Nobuo Tokunaga<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, one of Japan\u2019s leading pioneers of the instrument, and continues her musical journey to this day.<\/p>

  • 2018<\/strong> \u2013 2nd Prize (Solo, Jazz & Pops Division) and 1st Prize (Duo) at the FIH Harmonica Contest<\/p><\/li>

  • 2022<\/strong> \u2013 1st Prize (Senior Solo Division), Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival<\/p><\/li>

  • 2024<\/strong> \u2013 1st Prize (Senior Solo Division) and 1st Prize (Trio), Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival<\/p><\/li>
